Kenneth Webb, a painter, muralist & teacher, was born January 1927 in London. Studied at College of Art Gloucester and University College Swansea, between 1948 & 1952. Head of Painting at Ulster College of Art, Belfast, 1953 -1960.
From 1960-1970 worked at Queens' University Belfast & 1978-1980 lectured at the Victoria & Albert Museum & the National Gallery in London.
He has shown his work in numerous venues since the early 1950's & has had solo exhibitions at the Kenny Gallery and the James Gallery, Dublin, every two years.
He has exhibited with the Cork Arts Society, the Solomon Gallery, and Oriel Gallery, Dublin & Metropolis International Gallery d'Art, Geneva. He has also shown at the Belgrave Gallery, London & the Wren Gallery, Oxford. He has also regularly exhibited at the RWA.
Lived latterly at Chagford in Devon.
